Summary
Job Summary The post holder will ensure the provision of research based high quality care to residents in Yarls Wood in accordance with local and national policies. The post holder will undertake various duties within Yarls Wood, including acting as a responder to emergencies, screening residents in reception, triaging residents and holding nurse led clinics. The post holder will demonstrate leadership qualities and set an example to junior staff through their own behavior and attitude at all times. The post holder will oversee the provision of day to day healthcare services in the absence of the clinical lead The post holder will participate in audits, research and project work as requested. The post holder will be responsible for supervising and supporting junior staff / students and support their development and education. The post holder will develop and support the concept of change, contributing ideas whilst demonstrating an awareness of immigration issues.
