We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time professionals who are looking to gain their Level 3 Qualification in Early Childhood Education, or already who have gained this. At our nursery, we prioritize creating a supportive environment where practitioners are valued, encouraged to grow professionally, and play a vital role in children's development. Responsibilities:
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to facilitate children's learning and development.
- Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Manage daily activities and routines while fostering a positive atmosphere for children to thrive.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supporting children in their social, emotional, and educational growth.
- Engage in creative activities such as singing, dancing, and storytelling to enhance children's experiences.
- Support children in their exploration, investigation, and discovery of the world around them.

Qualifications:
- Level 2/ 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with children, parents, and team members effectively.
- Passion for working with young children and creating enriching learning experiences.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
