Are you an enthusiastic and forward-thinking GP looking for the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and supportive team at CHCP as a Senior Salaried GP.

Our group of APMS practices/Surgeries delivers care to over 20,000 patients across Hull, including services for special allocation patients. As part of CHCP, we pride ourselves on high-quality, inclusive healthcare and a strong team ethos. We’re also a training practice, actively involved in the VEN PCN and committed to developing the next generation of healthcare professionals. These new posts are part of our process of developing our practices for the challenges of the future NHS.

We’re seeking a motivated, reliable GP with a passion for innovation in primary care. This post is ideal for someone ready to take on clinical leadership within a supportive environment. A minimum of 2 years post General Practice Vocational Training Scheme experience is essential. Leadership experience is desirable or the ability to show you are ready to take on increasing responsibility in a supportive environment.

As Senior Salaried GP, you will:
• Provide high-quality clinical care, including face-to-face, telephone and online consultations, triage, and home visits.
• Support safe and effective management of clinical correspondence, pathology, prescriptions, and patient queries.
• Take clinical leadership for a specific portfolio of interest across our CHCP and CHPL practice.
• Help shape service development and support the delivery of care for long-term conditions such as diabetes, respiratory, or cardiovascular disease.
• Contribute to mentoring, supervision and supporting junior staff and allied healthcare professionals.
