Summary
We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater Prep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing metal parts and surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting for defects. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. Previous experience in a powder coating or industrial painting environment is required.
