Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations manager to carry out a key student and customer-facing operational role within the Learning Environment Support Service area.

Duties will include:

- Planning and running graduation ceremonies
- Overseeing the delivery of university examinations
- Managing reprographics, room bookings, post, and reception services

Knowledge and skills in personnel and financial management is essential, as is a focus on customer service, and experience of graduation and exams and related support services is desirable.

We are looking for a hands-on person who possesses a pro-active can-do attitude.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for university sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.

Please note that the University may ask you to participate in a number of selection activities as part of the recruitment process for this vacancy.
