What does this Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader job involve?

Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week - 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 21:00 + Some Weekend Work

• Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
• Reviewing and updating care plans.
• Giving personal care to residents.
• Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.

Am I the right person for this Senior Care Assistant/ Team Leader job?

• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care ( Or willingness to work towards).
• Essential to hold a Level 2 Award in Dementia awareness or equivalent.
• You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
