Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint, a dedicated, enthusiastic, caring and experienced Nursery Lead to join our team.

• wide experience as an inspiring Nursery Lead
• a sound knowledge of current developments in Nursery provision
• a commitment to inclusion and raising standards for all pupils
• confidence, infectious enthusiasm and a positive outlook
• excellent interpersonal skills
• resilience, flexibility and the ability to manage change with sensitivity
• have high expectations of yourself and children
• believe every child can achieve with the right teaching
• imagination and creativity
• the ability to work well alone and collaboratively as part of a team
