Due to expansion, Boarshaw Primary are seeking to appoint Level 1 Teaching Assistants who will be able to support the Teacher and create an effective learning environment.

The positions are based across school and are class based, supporting whole classes, small groups or 1:1 support in classrooms.

We are seeking to recruit a person who will:

  • Act as a responsible adult and assist with the supervision, personal care, welfare and keeping safe of individuals and / or groups of children and their environment under the direction / instruction of teaching and / or senior staff.
  • Assist with resources and basic classroom management techniques to support their learning.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young children and young people.
