Are you a Housing Options Team Leader looking to work in Tower Hamlets, East London?
Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Tower Hamlets, East London, is looking to recruit an Housing Options Team Leader to ensure high-quality, customer-focused services that meet both legal requirements and local strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for the effective management and supervision of a front line team delivering housing advice, homelessness prevention, and statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended).
This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.
Ideal candidate should must have the ability:
- To manage and supervise a team of Housing Options Officers and related staff.
- To ensure statutory duties are met, including assessments, personal housing plans, and decisions under homelessness legislation.
- To monitor caseloads, service performance, and quality assurance processes.
- To support the implementation of policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
