At The Mead Educational Trust, we have an exciting new position open for a Head of Safeguarding, providing effective support across all our schools within the Trust.

The role will lead the development and implementation of safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring they are robust, current, and consistently applied across all settings, including our SCITT and Teaching School Hub. The successful candidate will design and deliver high-quality professional development and briefings to embed best practice and ensure statutory compliance. They will also provide expert advice to senior leaders and the board of Trustees, while monitoring and quality-assuring safeguarding practices across the Trust.
