Summary
Job title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Type: Permanent or Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to vetting
Duration: Permanent or 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Depending on experience
Location: Whitehaven - Hybrid available - 3/2 split
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Knowledge of NEC3
- Ability to read and write subcontracts
- Ability to gain security clearance
- IT literate - Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Nuclear industry experience or other highly regulated industry
- Knowledge of Compensation Events
- Knowledge of Early Warning Notices
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Strong stakeholder management skills advantageous
