Summary
A wonderful client based in Regent's Park, London is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to help in maintaining the cleanliness of their property. The client is looking for someone proactive who can maintain a luxury house at an immaculate high standard. Someone discreet, who will not need to be told what to do, happy with flexibility and working extra help when needed. The client travels around 6 months of the year, so there will be a lot more downtime and fewer hours during this time, but when the client is around the housekeeper will be needed as much as possible, long shifts and assisting with events, dinners and family staying.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday for approximately 55 hours per week on a flexible schedule. 6 months of the year, 12 hours a day for around 60 to 70 hours per week when client is around. 6 months of the year, 7 hours a day, 42 hours per week when client is away.
Accommodation Own floor with separate entrance, on suite bathroom, luxury room. The candidate has no kitchen, they can use the main kitchen when client is not around. Be aware kitchen may not be of use all the time, candidate will have own fridge and microwave.
Duties include:
housekeeping and house management for their home with a garden area
deep cleaning all rooms and bathrooms
dusting different surfaces
vacuuming and mopping floors
kitchen maintenance
wiping counter tops
organising expensive antics and artwork
laundry, dry cleaning and ironing
wiping down expensive gym items and cleaning it properly
cooking and preparing breakfast occasionally for the family
