We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator to join our award-winning and rapidly expanding practice in Ludgershall. We are able to offer a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week (TBC) between 0830-1700, flexible on hours of work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with clients across various sectors
- Managing client relationships and resolving queries that will differ daily
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts using our in-house CRM system and software. Full in-house training will be given.
- Processing payroll and ensuring timely submissions
- Supporting the wider accounting team as needed
- Any other necessary duties in line with your role and/or job description

REQUIREMENTS & IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing, preferably in a practice setting
- Knowledge of accounting software preferred (e.g., Xero)
- Experience with payroll software desired (preferably Payroll Manager)
- Able to commute to the office weekly – Hybrid working may be offered after a 6-month probationary period
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for customer service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues
