YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealer in North West London, Colindale.
Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes
The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 – 1.00.
Bonus is paid of a team target of GP for budget and labour sales, with an additional commission scheme which is induvial and based of their upselling as well as service plans etc.
