Westminster Academy is seeking an inspiring and committed Year Coordinator to join our outstanding pastoral team - the role is comparable to a 'Head of Year' title. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who thrives on building strong relationships, championing student wellbeing, and shaping the school experience of a year group.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with subject specialisms in Science, Geography or Computing, but we welcome applications from teachers of all subjects—we’re focused on finding the right person to support and lead our students.
As a Year Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in the academic progress, personal development, and pastoral care of a cohort of students. You will join a supportive and high-performing team of Year Coordinators and should be open to leading any year group, depending on the Academy's needs.

We are open to applications from candidates who have experience of all exam boards as we offer highly effective training and CPD. We are open to candidates who may already have experience of delivering IB curriculum, but we are also able to consider candidates with no IB experience due to our extensive training programme on offer.
