Summary
Morgan Hunt currently requires a Painter Building Maintenance Handyperson for NHS based in Middlesex
Pay Rate: £16ph to 17ph Ltd
Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm Fri
Location: Middlesex
Duration 12 months on going contract
Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be provided

Job description requirements
Carry out painting and decorating / tiling flooring across various Trust sits
Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to building fabric, fixtures and fittings.
Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations and maintenance strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
Qualification
City & Guilds part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 in painting and decorating or carpentry
Recognised apprenticeship in painting and decorating or carpentry
Experience
Experience across the Painting decorating , tiling flooring
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Worked within NHS environment (preferable).
Other
Own tools & PPE
Ability to interact at all levels.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Computer literate
Satisfactory attendance to work 8-16:30 M to T and 8-16 F.
Current driving license (manual).
