About Us

Eccles Fold is a welcoming Day Centre, set in the beautiful town of Chapel-en-le-Frith. Our mission is to provide compassionate care and support to older people, whilst providing carer respite and social interaction within a vibrant and supportive community.

The Role

We are seeking caring, dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Workers. You will play a vital role in supporting clients with social interaction, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being in a safe and friendly environment.

The day centre is open 7 days a week, any successful candidates would be required to work 5 in 7 which will include weekends.

️ Key Responsibilities ️

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
Support clients to participate in social activities and maintain their independence.
Maintain accurate and timely care records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
Working as part of a valued care team you’ll be ensuring our clients stay happy, healthy and well.
Understanding the needs of older people, including those with dementia, is an important part of the work.

Experience in a care role is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided.

There are 3 posts available :-

Post 1 - 18 hours per week;

Post 2 - 14 hours per week;

Post 3 - 9 hours and 30 minutes per week.
