Summary
Commercial Manager required ASAP for £25m Mayfair super prime residential project
I have an urgent requirement for one of my clients, a specialist contractor on one of London's most luxurious projects in Mayfair.
It's a Commercial Manager / Lead role on the project, which has two years to run and will involve dealing directly upstream with the end user client as well as downstream with subcontractors.
The role is based between site and the client's office in the West End.
The client is an international contractor and part of a group who have a global T/O of c.£500m.
The successful candidate will have a contracting background, whether main contractor or subcontractor or both and have experience of commercially managing their own projects and teams, including up to / over £25m.
There's the potential opportunity for the right individual to progress into a Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Director role within the company / group.
The role is available on a freelance (Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Company basis), temp-to-perm or permanent basis.
