Summary

Business Support Executive
Location: Central Reading (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Travel: 1-2 days per week to Southampton office

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic sustainability consultancy for a Business Support Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team in central Reading. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the whole business across admin, facilities, and finance functions.

The Role:

You'll be a key part of the business support function, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including:

  • Booking travel, meeting rooms and setting up facilities
  • Monitoring and reporting on health & safety and office maintenance
  • Managing office supplies and purchasing
  • Supporting fee earners with invoice creation and timesheet tracking
  • Assisting the finance team with invoice payments and queries
  • Providing the same support at the Southampton office 1-2 days a week

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous admin or office support experience
  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling to another office weekly
  • A genuine team player who enjoys variety in their work
