Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Monitor key financial metrics and report on variances from forecasts and budgets.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Support the business in evaluating financial implications of strategic initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on financial matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a finance business partner role or similar capacity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience with financial management software and tools.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
