Purchasing Administrator
Tibshelf, Derbyshire
£25,300 – weekly paid
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Immediate start
We are currently supporting a local manufacturing facility, they are looking for a purchasing administrator to support them due to an increase in orders, this role will be for a minimum of 2 months with a view to extend after this time.
Dutes for Purchasing Administrator
• Responsible for running MRP action messages
• Assessing demand (historical and forecast), raising purchase orders, obtaining purchase order acknowledgements, and progressing deliveries.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are very important requirements, as is the need to be able to communicate well with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Excel skills, in particular vlookups and pivot tables would be helpful if not full training will be given
• Experience in import clearance that would be advantageous.
Experience for Purchasing Administrator
• Previous experience working in a purchasing/buying office would be helpful if not previous office experience is essential
• Must have good working knowledge of excel
