Summary
● Oversee and manage front-of-house employees to provide prompt service and a flawless dining experience.
● Welcome and help clients while properly responding to their questions, special requests, and grievances.
● In order to maintain excellent service standards and make sure orders are taken and delivered on time, keep an eye on table service.
● Teach, guide, and assist restaurant employees to maintain superior customer service and collaboration.
● Keep an eye on the eating area's order and cleanliness while making sure that all health and safety rules are followed.
● To guarantee efficient communication and prompt meal delivery, collaborate closely with the kitchen crew.
● To maximize service throughput, control reservations, and seating configurations.
● Help with inventory control to guarantee that necessary front-of-house goods are available.
● Make sure employees follow restaurant standards and procedures by enforcing corporate policies.
