Summary

Private Client Solicitor | Remote working, within commuting distance of Maidenhead | Fixed part-time role (20 hours/week) with a salary of £30,000–£35,000 (pro rata)

Our client is a small family orientated solicitors firm specialising in Private Client Work, based in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

They are proud to provide a high-quality professional service with continued support and advice to all clients.

Services include Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust and Estate planning, Court of Protection Applications and the Administration of Estates.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Must be located within an hour of Maidenhead SL6 7QU for client meetings (preferably local)
• Minimum 5 years PQE
• Either a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers or looking to complete the application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What will your role look like?

• Manage an individual caseload with minimal supervision
• Handle a variety of tasks, including will writing, lasting powers of attorney, and estate administration
• Take on existing cases and new enquiries into the Maidenhead office
• Opportunity to network and expand the caseload if desired
