Job Opportunity: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – Burton on Trent, Uttoxeter, Rugeley, Lichfield, Burntwood area’s.
Are you an experienced cleaning supervisor who enjoys variety in your day and takes pride in maintaining high standards?
We’re looking for reliable and flexible Mobile Cleaning Supervisors to join our team supporting a portfolio of schools and council buildings across Staffordshire – including libraries and other public service sites.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Liaise with site staff and your line manager to ensure schedules are met and service expectations exceeded
• Conduct site visits to monitor cleanliness and performance, completing audits and addressing any issues promptly
• Provide training and support to cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
• Maintain and monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively
• Liaise with site client to ensure their specific cleaning needs are met
• Carry out cleaning duties where required and ensure all work is completed to specification. Provide cover for absences and assist with onboarding of new cleaning staff
• Travel between sites (mileage paid at 45p per mile)
Hours:
• Contracted to 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 35 hours based on business need
• Hours will fall between 06:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday
• Daily shift patterns will vary based on site requirements, agreed weekly with your manager (no more than 8 hours per day)
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities environment
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility, reliability, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
