The Role of the Laundry Assistant
Reporting to the B Team & Academy Kit Lead the successful applicant will be based at the Training Ground and will assist with the provision of a kit service across all teams. Evening work and occasional weekends will be required to ensure all kit is laundered to the highest standard on training days.

Main Accountabilities
Laundering of match kit
Laundering of training kit
Laundering of staff training kit
Making up of player and staff training kit packs for training
Changing of laundry cleaning products and cylinder for clothing dryers
Ensuring each player and staff member has clean kit for training and matchdays
Working as part of a laundry team
Ensure any contact and interaction with players complies with the Club’s Safeguarding Policy and that any concerns are shared with the Safeguarding Team through appropriate channels

A pro-active and enthusiastic approach with a focus on providing exceptional service

Ability to build strong working relationships quickly and effectively with others
Well organised with a structured approach to the working day and the flexibility to respond to unforeseen events
High levels of integrity and the ability to operate with discretion
A good understanding of training session and match day requirements
Strong attention to detail with proven ability in providing high levels of service to internal stakeholders
Resourceful approach with the ability to troubleshoot in the moment
Ability to work matchdays, including evenings and weekends, to support key events as required
Ability to use MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) to carry out administrative tasks
Own transport and clean driving license or the ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role
