Summary
This lovely family based in Sidcup, Kent, is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to manage their rental property and, from June/July, their newly renovated home. Both properties are within a 5-minute drive of each other. The current property has 4 bedrooms, while the new home will have 5 bedrooms across 3 floors. The role involves all general housekeeping duties. A driver would be a bonus.
Working hours: Monday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm or 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Duties include:
Ensuring the cleanliness and general upkeep of the home
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors regularly
Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, baths, and showers
Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
Managing laundry: washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens
Making beds and changing bed linen when necessary
Loading and unloading the dishwasher, and organising the dishware
