Randstad Education is partnering with a leading childcare provider in the Bognor Regis area to find a dedicated and compassionate Key worker to join their team.

About the Role:

• Full-time, term-time only: Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm, with a staff meeting on Wednesday from 5pm-6pm.
• Salary: NJC Grade 6 (£13.69 per hour)
• Make a Difference: Create a positive and nurturing environment for children, supporting their growth and development.
• Be a Keyworker: Develop a strong relationship with a small group of children, providing individualised care and support.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support the children's learning and development.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore and learn.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach to care.
• Communicate effectively with parents and share information about each child's progress.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young children.
• A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
