Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in classroom tasks and group activities
- Keep detailed records of student progress
- Support children's personal and health needs, including minor first aid
- Work closely with parents and teachers to monitor children's progress
- Provide individual or group learning support
Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- A passion for nurturing young minds
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or higher
- Enhanced DBS (assistance available)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
