This role will deliver aspects of our new workforce strategy which will be introduced in September including talent, engagement and wellbeing initiatives as well as working on day-to-day business such as job evaluation and maintaining policies.andnbsp;andnbsp;



You will be a team player who is willing and able to roll up your sleeves when needed and getting involved in broader HR activity. Have excellent communication skills and confidence in working and communicating with all levels of managers, employeesandrsquo;, trade unions and external partners. Itandrsquo;s important also that you have a successful track record as a HR generalist who is able to apply their experience, good knowledge of employment law and the ability to evidence shaping HR policy and best practice.andnbsp;andnbsp;



The role is for 37 hours per week and offers blended working with the option of from home or from the Town Hall or other Council buildings, working where is most suitable for your day.
