Job Description
As a Care Assistant you will be working in a regulated sector, and you will be expected to work directly with adults with care and support needs that vary. These may include cognitive impairment, physical, Learning and sensory disabilities, Autism, long term conditions, palliative care needs. This role is for those who want to make a difference and work independently to support people to continue to live in their own houses. Ideal candidate will need to have all the attributes of the 6 C’s of care.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A valid UK driving license a must and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK
