Summary
We are recruiting for a Room Leader in the pre-school room to work at a quality driven early years setting in Henley-on-Thames
The role is a permanent full time position (40hrs) working Monday to Friday.

What you need for the Room Leader role in Henley-on-Thames
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
- Experience of managing a small team of nursery nurses. We are happy to consider senior nursery nurses who are looking to step up to the next level of their career
What is involved:
- Providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children in early years
- Leading a small team of Practitioners
- Deputising when required
- Leading on planning
