Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a SENDCo to work under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion/SEND) to champion inclusive education and help lead a high-impact SEND provision.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher with a relevant degree and the NASENCO qualification
• Be an experienced practitioner with at least three years of teaching and a proven track record of strong student progress
• Be skilled in assessing individual student needs and planning tailored, inclusive provision
• Be passionate about SEND, inclusive education and high-quality teaching and learning
• Be able to inspire and motivate staff and students
• Have the commitment to be part of an innovative and forward thinking school
• Play a full and active role in the life of the school
