About the Role

We are looking for a driven individual to join our estates team as a Data Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Estates team by analysing data, producing reports and working alongside our helpdesk to keep our care homes compliant.

This is an office-based role working Monday-Friday within our Leeds Head Office, the role will also require the successful candidate to work 1 weekend in 6 on an on-call rota

Salary up to £30,000 pa

The role:

As part of the role, you will be heavily involved in the ongoing running of our CAFM system – Vantify – and managing multiple data streams and spreadsheets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support to system users, resolving issues related to the estate team, purchasing, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and estates to update, amend and configure the system as is needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies within the system.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for new and existing users on updated features, system usage, and best practices.
  • Produce reports for the wider business relating to areas such as supplier spend trends.
  • Coordinate with IT and/or external suppliers for system issues that require escalation, ensuring timely resolution.

Knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience working within an estates team is desired but not essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft software particularly Excel. Candidate must be confident whilst using features such a VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables (the interview will include a skill test).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
