Summary
A registered nurse/midwife Someone with or working towards masters programme in education Proven experience in teaching / simulation based training and Human Factors teaching. Experience in managing simulation based service Ability to manage their own workload / services and manage a large team Ability to work across sites and cross disciplines Experience of medical education Experience of clinical debriefing Excellent communication and social skills Aptitude for learning and best practice Ability to work both within a team and independently Extensive orientation and development programme which will include opportunity to shadow work across all Simulation centres Time to grow into the post Education and learning opportunities across Barts Health Part of an effective and friendly team INTERESTED?
