Are you a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor looking to make a meaningful impact on students' lives? We are seeking a dedicated individual to support children with behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties (BESD) in a school in Westminster.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their emotions and behaviors, ensuring they engage positively with their education. This role is ideal for someone with experience in mentoring, youth work, or supporting children with challenging behavior.

Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioral challenges

Supporting students in the classroom and during unstructured times such as break and lunch

Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, or similar role
