Summary
KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Warehouse Manager for our client based in London.
As a Warehouse Manager your working hours and days are:
• Monday- Friday (weekends may be required to work)
• Varied working hours
The rate of pay as a Warehouse Manager is:
• £45,000- £50,000 per annum
The duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager are:
• Order Fulfillment: Oversee picking and packing operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• KPI Management: Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics and KPIs to drive improvements
• Productivity Improvement: Implement processes and practices to increase productivity within the warehouse team
• Target Management: Set and track performance targets for the warehouse operation to ensure alignment with company goals
• Dispatch Management: Coordinate all aspects of dispatch operations, ensuring that orders are shipped accurately and on time
• Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse functions, including stock put-away, stocktaking, and organisation
• Labour Planning: Assess staffing requirements and plan labor needs to accommodate fluctuations in workload, ensuring optimal efficiency
• Logistics Cooperation: Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline inbound and outbound processes, ensuring seamless operations
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team to address any issues related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Environmental Compliance: Promote environmentally conscious practices within the warehouse and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Consumable Management: Plan and order necessary consumables based on demand forecasts to ensure operational efficiency
The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Manager would need:
• Proven experience in warehouse management and stock control
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and improve operational performance
• Experience with labor planning and optimization
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a warehouse setting
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
