Summary

We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Specialist Housing Coordinator to support our Retirement Living services across Platform Housing Group’s 13 retirement villages. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and forward-thinking team focused on delivering high-quality services to older residents across a wide geography.

Based from home, with the expectation of travelling to all our 13 sites, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business — from Service Managers and frontline teams to internal departments such as Finance, IT and Assets. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex services, coordinating projects, analysing data and helping others succeed, this role offers great variety and scope to grow.

This varied role will suit someone who enjoys working with both people and processes, and is confident supporting a range of projects, events, and service coordination tasks. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports older and more vulnerable customers living in our retirement and specialist housing settings.

As our Specialist Housing Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in making sure that our services run smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating training and tracking service performance to supporting audits, invoices and new initiatives, no two days will be the same.



About You

You’ll have strong administration and coordination skills who is confident using Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint. You’ll need to be a good communicator, able to juggle priorities, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You’ll have the confidence to implement new systems and support our service managers with the implementation of these. You’ll also have the ability to proactively support multiple teams to lead on the coordination of services. You’ll have experience in senior admin role, project support, data handling, or operations coordination.
