Truro & Penwith College is seeking a Payroll and Schedules Assistant to support the effective delivery of our payroll operations and ensure accurate processing of staffing hours, payroll data, and associated HR tasks.

In this vital role within the HR & Employee Services team, you'll ensure staff are paid accurately and on time through the review and reconciliation of timetabled and contracted hours, while also contributing to wider support and compliance.

The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, as well as organisational and time management skills. Confidence in IT systems would also be pivotal in this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy payroll function within a College that values its staff and promotes professional development. Experience in payroll or HR administration is desirable but not essential—we welcome applicants looking to build a career in this field.
