Responsibilities
Process and record all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
Provide assistance in audits and financial reviews conducted by internal and external parties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial transaction processing or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.51
