Summary
The post holder is responsible for working under the direction of the nurses and therapists. They work within the multidisciplinary team, promoting independence by providing support and care in the community setting. The post holder will carry out delegated tasks given by the physiotherapist, occupational therapist and the nursing team. The service operates 8am to 8pm seven days a week.
