The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee a high-profile fit out project based in North London. This role offers flexibility for the right candidate, with opportunities for either a contract or permanent position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining program schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of fit out projects from start to completion


  • Manage all on-site activities and ensure timely delivery within budget


  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors


  • Monitor project health, risk, and progress, providing regular updates


  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations


  • Lead site teams with a hands-on, proactive approach


    Ideal Candidate Profile:
    We are looking for someone with a diverse project background including experience in listed buildings, education, pharmaceutical, data centres, retail, and residential apartments/flats.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing fit out projects (5+ years preferred)


    • Sector exposure across listed/heritage buildings, education, pharma, data centres, retail, or residential flats


    • Strong communication and leadership skills


    • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance


    • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred)
