About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Soft Play Venue Manager to lead our team and contribute to the continued success of our venue. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, managing a team, and driving growth through innovative marketing and event planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Motivate, manage, and support the team to ensure high standards of service and smooth daily operations. Lead by example, fostering a professional and energetic work environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer—parents and children alike—has a memorable and enjoyable experience. Uphold our values of friendliness, cleanliness, and safety.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all opening tasks, daily checks, and ensure completion of weekly and monthly tasks. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness across the venue.
• Event Planning & Marketing: Collaborate with directors to brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging events for families. Drive marketing initiatives to increase footfall and enhance the venue's reputation.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Monitor food safety systems and health checks, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations. Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and creativity.
Qualification Requirements
• Level 2 Food Hygiene
• Allergen Awareness Certification
• Pediatric First Aid
