Summary
We’re looking to welcome an experienced early years practitioner to our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic about working with children. They should enjoy planning engaging experiences for all age groups while ensuring the highest standards of care. A solid understanding of the statutory early years foundation stage, Development Matters, and Birth to Five Matters is essential.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Maintain a high standard within the nursery environment at all times.
- Support staff in planning and creating an enriched learning atmosphere.
- Utilise nursery management software effectively.
Essential Previous Experience:
- A minimum of two years' experience working in a nursery.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare.
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
