What You\\'ll Be Doing
Manage event enquiries and bookings, delivering flawless experiences from enquiry to execution
Conduct showrounds and liaise directly with clients to finalise event details
Produce detailed BEOs and ensure seamless handovers to the operations team
Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and post-event follow-ups
Handle invoicing and gather client feedback for continual improvement
Maintain relationships with local partners and keep platforms updated with offers
Represent HMS Belfast at showcase events and FAM trips
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in event planning, ideally within a Conference & Events environment
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and identifying growth opportunities
Strong organisational, communication and client-facing skills
A proactive, professional approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
