Summary

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of a Contact Centre Advisor, on a 2-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £12.80 - £16.75 per Hour

Summary:

The Contact Centre Advisor will join the Customer Services division within Finance and Digital Services, based at Ty Elai. The role involves providing high-quality support to customers, directing them toward self-service where appropriate, and managing a wide range of enquiries efficiently in a high-volume contact centre environment.

Responsibilities:

Direct customers to self-serve via the Councils website, offering assistance where needed.
Manage contact centre enquiries in line with agreed processes and quality standards.
Maintain current knowledge of services delivered through the contact centre.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues and external organisations.
Support customer expectations relative to service standards.
Provide support across the wider contact centre as required.
Adhere to scheduled rota within the contact centre.

Essentials:

Welsh Language Level 1 (with willingness to complete basic induction).
Experience dealing with customers.
Proficiency in a range of IT applications (including Microsoft Suite).
Experience working in a team and interacting with colleagues.
