A welcoming and forward-thinking school in Redbridge, East London is seeking a dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils in a specialist resource base.

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of pupils with ASD through one-to-one and small-group interventions. Working closely with the class teacher and wider SEN team, you will help create a structured, nurturing environment that supports both academic and personal growth.

Previous experience working with children with ASD or special educational needs is highly desirable
