Summary

The successful candidate will:
• Have a relentless drive and determination to raising standards of teaching and learning.
• Work independently and with others to support the academic, social and emotional development of individuals and groups of pupils understanding clearly how they learn.
• Provide effective support to maximise the attainment and accelerate the progress of individuals, and groups, of pupils.
• Motivate and engage children so they are excited and enthused about learning.
• Have effective communication skills when liaising with staff, parents, carers and other agencies.
• Have the passion and drive to develop their professional career and gain relevant experience and training, where appropriate.
• Use their initiative, be flexible and ensure children are safe, successful and happy.
