• Have a secure understanding of child development in the Early Years or Key Stage 1;

• Be confident in building strong relationships with pupils and their families;
• Work closely with a highly experienced and supportive parallel teacher to provide a consistent and nurturing classroom environment;
• Be skilled in early reading and early language development, with a sound understanding of phonics;
• Create an engaging, playful and language-rich learning environment that fosters curiosity, confidence and independence.

The Quinta Primary School is seeking to appoint a passionate, nurturing and dedicated teacher to join our fantastic team from September 2025. This post is suitable for teachers with a strong interest or experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1.
We are particularly keen to hear from Early Years Practitioners or KS1 teachers who understand the importance of building strong foundations and who bring warmth, creativity and high expectations to their teaching.
