Summary
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Night Warehouse Pickers to join our clients team in Park Royal. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with the potential for overtime during busy periods.
PAY: £13.50 p/h plus holiday pay.
Working hours start from 7 PM to 4 AM, and must be flexible to work any 5/7 days.
Responsibilities: Navigate through the warehouse aisles to locate the products listed on the order pick list. Follow any instructions (e.g., batch picking, prioritising high-value orders) while picking products. Ensure the correct quantity and condition of items are picked. After locating the product, scan it again to update the system that the item has been selected. Place picked items in appropriate boxes, bags, or containers. Use the scanner to ensure that the right labels and shipping information are applied. Keep work areas organized, ensuring that picking bins and shelves are neatly stocked and easy to access. Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and handling of goods. Report any issues related to missing products, damaged goods, or system errors to the supervisor or warehouse manager. Review and understand the daily pick list, which includes customer orders or stock replenishments. Be adaptable and ready to assist in other warehouse duties as required to support warehouse operations. Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential. Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to lift and move items as needed. Comfortable with using a scanner. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Must be able to follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
