Summary
The Best Connection are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our client based in Probus. This position has the potential to become permanant following completion of a successful trial period.
Shift Pattern:
Hours will be on a Rota for early start and normal start as follows; Early - 7:30AM to 4:30PM with 30 minutes lunch Normal - 8:00AM to 5:00PM with 30 minutes lunch No Saturdays Hourly Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour KEY RESPONSBILITIES Promotes quality and excellence Delivers sales in line with the company Develops parts sales business, identifying new business opportunities and promoting the companys products and services Ensures monies are collected from customers for all cash invoices and being responsible for its safekeeping Effectively liaises with relevant departments across the business Gives customer focus priority throughout the parts operation Communicates and develops strong professional relationships with customers to deliver a high level of service Ensures that the customer is fully informed of any changes to costs including invoice explanation and advising on any future requirements Ensures that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems to the Parts Supervisor/Manager Demonstrates willingness and ability to accurately interpret manufacturer parts deliveries Demonstrates willingness and ability to replenish stock in line with company warehouse location system Ensures all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law Builds good relationships with manufacturers, professional bodies, suppliers and statutory representatives Maintains effective service information by ensuring all relevant marketing information is maintained on the customer/prospect database Ensures all capital outlay is approved by their line manager or a director
